Welcome to The Capture Co. By purchasing any of our products or joining our programmes, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read carefully.

1. General Terms

Who we are:

The Capture Co is a sole trader business run by Kimberley Hanton, based in Scotland. We offer coaching, retreats, digital products, memberships, and photoshoots both online and in person.

Results Disclaimer

While our programmes and digital products are designed to support transformation, growth, and empowerment, individual results will vary. Success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances. The Capture Co does not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results.

Technology Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and a compatible device to access our digital products and services. The Capture Co is not liable for technical issues on your end that may impact your experience.

Payments & Refunds:

• All prices are in GBP.

• You can pay in full, through one of our approved payment plans or fixed-term payment agreements.

• You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period), unless you choose to receive immediate access to digital content (see below).

• If you purchase a product that includes instant access to digital resources (e.g. audio files, videos, downloads), you will be asked to consent to waive your 14-day right to cancel at checkout.

• Once consent is given and access granted, your right to a refund is waived in accordance with UK consumer law.

• After the 14-day period (or once access has started), all sales are final and payment plans must be completed.

• We reserve the right to pause access or revoke services if payments fail or are overdue.

• If a payment is missed or late, a £5 per day late fee will be applied until the balance is resolved.

Compassionate Cancellations:

In the event of serious life circumstances (e.g. death or hospitalisation of you or an immediate family member), written cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Community Conduct:

All clients and members agree to:

• Treat others with respect, care, and safety

• Keep community spaces private and confidential

• Avoid any form of abuse, discrimination, or harmful behaviour

• Refrain from sharing, selling, or distributing Capture Co content

Intellectual Property:

All resources, voice notes, videos, PDFs, and course material are the intellectual property of The Capture Co and may not be reused or distributed without written consent.

Retreats & High-Ticket Experiences (e.g. The Legacy Experience)

By enrolling in any of our in-person retreats or luxury experiences (such as The Legacy Experience, The Royal Tour, The Sacred Reset), you agree to a fixed-price payment plan for a future service. This is not a subscription or pay-as-you-go model — it is a deferred payment agreement, meaning you are paying in instalments toward a confirmed product or event delivered at a future date.

• Payment Commitment:

You agree to pay the full advertised cost of the experience, either in full or over the agreed number of instalments (e.g. 12 or 18 months). The total amount remains due regardless of payment method.

• Non-Refundable Beyond Cooling-Off Period:

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, during which you may cancel for a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable, and you are contractually bound to complete the payment plan in full, even if you do not attend the event.

• Failure to Pay:

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your place at the retreat or experience. However, your remaining balance will still be pursued as a debt, in accordance with your original agreement. Late payments are subject to a £5 per day late fee.

• No Delivery Before Full Payment:

Because these are future-dated experiences, delivery of service (i.e. attending the retreat) will only occur once full payment has been completed. This deferred structure does not affect your contractual responsibility to complete your payments.
